Scuba Dive Courses
Regardless of your skill level, all are welcome to come to dive at Belize Dive Haven as we offer some of the best and most comprehensive scuba diving courses available. Learn how to use your gear, how to breathe properly, and how to dive with grace in one of our two massive swimming pools before ever hitting the Caribbean ocean. With 5-star PADI-certified dive instructors, you’ll be a scuba natural in no time.
Pools
While learning to dive in a pool is a great way to hone your skills in a safe environment, it’s not the only way to enjoy our massive 260-foot swimming pool. Belize Dive Haven is home to two swimming pools for guests to lounge, swim, play, and enjoy. Learn to dive, float around, or enjoy our swim-up bar in one of two of the largest pools in the country!
Jacuzzis
After a long day of swimming, diving, fishing, and playing, take the time to rest your bones in one of our beautiful jacuzzi tubs. In order to keep our divers safe, we keep our jacuzzis at a lower temperature so everyone can enjoy the relaxing jets and comfortable atmosphere.
Pier Bar
After a long day of swimming, diving, and enjoying the adventures that Belize has to offer, retire to our romantic and beautiful pier bar. Drink local cocktails with your friends, meet other visitors to the island, listen to live entertainment, and even try your hand at karaoke! With soothing evening sea breezes, great drinks and even better company, our pier bar will become your go-to evening spot!
Rooftop Patio
The entertainment continues into the evening hours as our resort bartender mixes up your favourite tropical drinks, Belizian bands come to the resort to entertain, host bar games, and karaoke nights and enjoy evenings under the stars on our rooftop patio.
Canoes/Kayak
Are you looking for some quiet adventure time to explore the nearby inlets and reefs? Be our guest and use one of our resort recreation canoes and enjoy the serene surroundings Belize Turneff Atoll has to offer. Bring a picnic for your adventure and make the trip a whole day affair. The Turneffe Atoll’s islands are partially enclosed by two lagoons, the North and South Lagoon dominated by seagrass beds.
Snorkelling
The Atoll comprises hundreds of mangrove-covered Cayes, making it one of the best snorkelling sites in Belize. Explore the reef on your own or arrange for a guided tour with one of our knowledgeable guides. When snorkelling at Turneffe Atoll, you can expect to encounter reef fish, rays, sea turtles, lobsters, and possibly even manatees or dolphins in addition to a number of hard and soft coral species. With the water temperature and visibility being fairly stable all year, you can plan a snorkelling trip at any time.
Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP)
Enjoy the tranquillity of the Caribbean on a paddleboard. With a little practice, anyone can master this popular sport, and soon you’ll be off exploring the shoreline and catching a glimpse of the extensive marine life. Use our resort recreation paddleboards to move through sheltered mangrove forests where you can appreciate the destination’s wildlife and forests.
Fishing
The Turneffe flats have long been known as Belize’s premier saltwater fishing location. Take a break from diving by fishing in one of the Caribbean’s premier fishing destinations. Catch your own food and send it to the chefs to be cooked, take extra care in looking out for the invasive Lionfish, which is harmful to the reef but makes a delicious snack when caught!
Beach Side Yoga
Start the day with some peaceful beachside yoga. Our certified Yoga teachers offer flow sequences that cater to beginner or advanced yogis. Shavasana on the warm sand will ensure the rest of your day is relaxed and tranquil.
